Applix launches Platinum support programme

Business intelligence software developer Applix has launched a Platinum Support Programme for users that want the highest level of technical and maintenance support on the Applix platform.

The company says that customers are applying Applix to a host of business issues to achieve everything from profitability analysis to optimisation, trending, rolling forecasting and managing business projects. It says that for these users, the new programme will provide named account management and “elevated levels of access to Applix support”.
