Cabin comfort for Mitsubishi forklift drivers

Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks has created three new styles of forklift truck cab, designed to improve driver comfort.
The VersaCab, PlusCab and ProCab ranges are for the 1.5 to 5.5 tonne Grendia trucks, either diesel or LPG models.
From a simple roof-only option to a totally enclosed, air-conditioned steel structure, the VersaCab range offers a variety of configurations.
Options include a high-visibility overhead guard roof, which uses a special tough polycarbonate, giving operators an unobstructed view while protecting against falling objects. Other VersaCab options are a laminated glass front screen with wash-wipe system, a tempered hinge-opening rear window, roll-up PVC doors/windows, or steel doors with sliding windows – all panels can be removed easily if the weather is more suited to open cab operation.
PlusCab is a retro-fit panel cabin range for those businesses which already have a Grendia truck. It is fitted to the existing overhead guard and gives all-weather protection with optimum visibility.
Top of the range is the ProCab fully floating, tiltable cabin (pictured). Set on four floating rubber mounts, the cabin interior is effectively insulated against vibration and noise, as well as the elements. The cab can be tilted and lowered via a single key switch on the side panel, giving access to the engine compartment with minimal effort.
