The company has deployed Infor’s CloudSuite Industrial to effectively manage its 1.5 million combinations of bin sizes, colours, lids, and end customer logos. Workflows Egbert Taylor is looking to streamline include procurement, customer service and communicating with field sales teams.
Egbert Taylor Group finance director, Andrew Davies said that, as the company’s legacy systems were coming to an end, they “required an effective system that enables us to have greater visibility of the business and its processes”.
“Our objectives included improving working capital management through streamlined production processes as well as the benefits of integrating our quoting process into a single cloud based solution,” he continued.
