METALUBE launches food safe NSF registered chain oils

Lubricant manufacturer METALUBE has launched its next generation food safe NSF registered high performance chain oils.

The new products are specifically designed to increase overall equipment effectiveness due to higher thermal stability, reduced carbon and varnish deposits and optimised performance enhancing additives.

The Metachain Food Grade range comprises:

Metachain™ FG-30, an NSF-H1 registered high quality food safe ester based chain oil capable of operating from -30⁰C to +300⁰C. Next generation oils designed for travelling bakery ovens, rolling hotplates etc.At 220cst it is well suited to automated lubrication systems.

Metachain™ FG-35, also NSF-H1 registered high quality food safe ester based chain oil capable of operating from -30⁰C to +300⁰C. 390cst for application where thicker viscosity oil is required.

Metachain™ FG-40, an NSF-H2 registered high quality food safe ester based chain oil capable of operating from -30⁰C to +300⁰C. 100cst for where food contact does not occur

Metachain™ FG-45, an NSF-H2 registered high quality food safe ester based chain oil capable of operating from -30⁰C to +300⁰C. 280cst for larger pitch chains where food contact does not occur e.g. Hydrostats and large conveyors.
