Fear of the unknown and getting it wrong are usually the biggest leadership dilemmas. Our Fearless Leadership course is designed as a practical and experiential programme for individuals who want a new and fresh approach to becoming resilient and creative in their role. Working with your own live issues you will learn how to trust your personal intuition in the face of the unknown. You will access a deeper knowledge of self-awareness and an anchoring of personal authority especially within the teams you influence to maximise your impact. The tutors will help you understand your personal power in the wider context of your organisation which calls upon your fearless ambition to realise the changes that are required in driving the business forward. You will: • Discover openness as a courageous strength for change • Learn how to harness fear as a source of positive leadership • Grow by developing deep, collaborative relationships • Recognise your own potential and how to unlock this in others. 28-30 January 2013 (module 1) 4-6 March 2013 (module 2) Event Location: Cranfield, Bedfordshire Fee: £6500 + VAT: 2 x 3 day modules, residential Fees include tuition, course materials, accommodation (if required) and lifelong access to The Cranfield School of Management Alumni Network.
