On 22 April, the MCS IT Forum will run its second interactive roundtable event of 2009 – this time on IT for improving and streamlining both product and business innovation. This is a morning event, running at the Gaydon Motor Heritage Museum.
This event will examine what's required to transform the processes around everything from new product design to product development and change management, while also enabling flexible production and agile business operations – all essential for survival in today's competitive global economy, particularly during the downturn.
There is an impressive panel of experts, including Nathan Bailey, operations director of UAV Engines and Lindsay Watson, product and quality director of LDV Group and former managing director of UltraMotive and Menard Engineering – both of whom will provide new insights and guidance.
Attending this IT roundtable gives you the opportunity to learn from experts on this wide-ranging and important subject, raise issues and share problems with your peers in manufacturing and be the first to get an update on the subject from our new industry research.
