This workshop will cover:

Workshop aims
1. Equip business owners and Managing Directors with an overview of how understanding financial strategy will help drive business growth
2. Enable participants to interact with peers, learn from each other and the experts to understand the real value and opportunities for them
3. Provide participants with an opportunity to book a one-to-one session with a finance expert to look at needs specific to their business and create an action plan
Workshop enrolment
The workshop includes two breakout sessions where you can choose from a selection of topics you would most like to hear more about. There are also a number of one-to-one appointments available in the afternoon, between 2 and 5pm, to meet with a Grant Thornton Advisor and discuss your financial issues in confidence.
