The infographic below, created for <i>Works Management</i>, is based on a survey carried out exclusively for the magazine, which shows that the overwhelming majority (80%) of respondents believe that the 'green shoots' of recovery started sprouting in 2013 and 85% are optimistic about 2014.

Optimism has been buoyed by a resurgence in domestic orders.
