3M makes double appointment
3M has named Michael McCarthy as general sales and marketing manager for its Industrial Adhesives and Tapes division.
Alan Kennedy has also been appointed to the division as a senior sales representative covering Scotland.
McCarthy is a graduate in electrical engineering who has been marketing manager for Safety and Security Systems at 3M.
McCarthy first joined 3M in Ireland in 1977. He relocated to the UK in 1996 as marketing manager for Library Systems.
Meanwhile, Kennedy joins from another manufacturer of industrial adhesive tapes where he spent eight-years as a sales manager.
