Accolade Wines' boss heads Manufacturing Performance Masterclass 2011
Accolade wines chief Richard Lloyd will reveal how factory design and shift patterns can be designed to maximise operational efficiency at the Manufacturing Performance Masterclass 2011 (MPM 11) on 3 November.
Lloyd is joined by Dr Nick Rich, honorary professor at Warwick Medical School and case studies from Weetabix and Seven Seas at the event.
Key speaker topics include how to implement fit for purpose plants and processes as well as retrofitting new approaches when current best practice is outdated.
