Cogent Technology will act as an independent subsidiary of CamdenBoss and both entities will maintain operations at their respective Felixstowe & Mildenhall sites. Working together the companies expect to enhance their respective services to clients by collaborating wherever possible.
The executive Board of Cogent Technology will remain unchanged ensuring stability and continuity of direction and welcome Charles Course (Group CEO of Heathpatch & CamdenBoss) as a Board Director in the capacity of Chairman.
