Atlas Copco compressor wins environmental reward
An Atlas Copco air compressor master controller has qualified for an energy saving reward scheme from the Carbon Trust.
The ES130V master controller was named on the Carbon Trust's Energy Technology List in recognition of its energy saving prowess.
Under the scheme, Atlas Copco can claim 100% first-year capital allowances on qualifying plant and machinery.
The ES130V is designed to control a mixture of fixed speed and variable speed drive compressors, Atlas Copco said.
The ES130V can control up to 30 machines and ensure the optimum efficiency by selecting the most suitable to use, the firm added.
