The company was recognised for its commitment and dedication to the development of its 3,800 employees working at the Crewe headquarters, and was particularly praised for its focus on the career and succession planning of its workforce.

We are proud to be awarded with Top Employer status once again and to be recognised for our continuous efforts in development and training."
Bentley has implemented an upskilling programme focusing on core competencies. Tools include the introduction of training islands, taking advantage of master trainers, and adopting a dual education approach for trainees.
The company also announced in December that it was on expanding its footprint at the company's headquarters and creating new jobs as well as spending £40 million on a new research and development centre that will generate 300 new positions.
The top employer award follows the company's record breaking year, delivering 11,020 cars in 2014.
