The engineering training provider PP Business Improvement has become the latest addition to a growing network of recognised trainers in the west midlands manufacturing sector.

Part of the multi Best Factory Award winning PP Electrical Systems, PP Business Improvement grew out of the company's own much respected internal training facility but now offers training to a wide range of manufacturing sectors. The Walsall-based outfit will work with the sector skills council Semta to understand the training needs of the 13,770 engineering and manufacturing businesses across the West Midlands, implementing training programmes that tackle these needs and deliver a demonstrable return on training investment. Established in 2000, PP Business Improvement has an enviable reputation, winning many industry awards over the past decade. Its team has extensive experience in delivering business improvement programmes for a range of clients spanning sectors including automotive, aerospace and electronics. Focusing on barriers to productivity and profitability, it works with clients to implement training solutions to change processes and cultures. Chairman David Fox (pictured left) said that becoming a Semta recognised training provider cemented a long-standing relationship.
