At just over 86,000 sq ft the unit will be transformed into a manufacturing and distribution hub where craftspeople will continue to manufacture the bikes and accessories.
SEGR~O said the lease was for 15 years "and will enable the company to meet its ambitious expansion plans and to meet the increasingly international customer demand".
Brompton Bicycle will fit out the unit with technology, including rapid prototyping using 3D printers through to precision CAM machinery.
The new facility is located close to the A40 and M40, with direct access to the heart of
London – home to Brompton's flagship store - as well as easy access to Heathrow from which the company can reach its 44 export markets.
