The two-day event will feature a world class line up of leaders in manufacturing, healthcare, and many other industries who will reveal how they have achieved a culture of excellence through principles, behaviours and systems.
Key speaker sessions will include visual workplace management, becoming an improvement leader, and how Honeywell established a sustainable operational excellence culture.
