BT launches new Total Broadband package for SMEs
BT’s BT Business Total Broadband, launched yesterday, offers small companies business-grade broadband and support, security (anti-virus and firewall for all PCs), collaboration software tools, email, web space and roaming wireless access for a starting price of £19.99 per month.
They may also be eligible for a free Broadband Voice additional line, which provides capped UK and international calls over the Internet.
And beyond that, BT is offering its Business Essentials package, which includes ten Business Email Lite mailboxes and 20Mb of web space, plus access to BT Workspace Lite, the collaboration tool that allows employees to store, access and share information.
BT says that new Option 3 customers will also get “over £400 worth of additional value, including free access to IT Support Manager and BT Business’ advanced telephone support service, where software and configuration problems can be remedied remotely over the internet.”
