The drinks manufacturer is the latest big name to be confirmed for the Manufacturing Management Show, which combines conference, exhibition and workshops that cover all aspects of running a successful site.
Delivering the ultimate asset care strategy will be the subject for Coca-Cola maintenance manager Lee Baker. Baker will deliver a presentation on how to get back to basics and embed a philosophy so effective that the only stop in a factory in a planned stop. Coca-Cola runs a plant in Wakefield that is known for its high productivity and profitability levels.
The two-day Manufacturing Management Show will feature 14 conference sessions spread across topics including CI/leadership, maintenance, skills & training, manufacturing technology and employment law. All sessions will offer practical, business-focused advice you can take back to your site and apply. The full speaker line up will be confirmed over the coming months.
