CoCreate collaborative PLM sees exceptional uptake

Modern collaborative PLM (product lifecycle management) software is catching on, if developer CoCreate’s figures are anything to go by – the company says it’s seen a 30% increase in new customers in the first half of the this year over last.
High-tech electronic and machinery companies recently adopting the CoCreate OneSpace Suite include brands such as NEC LCD Technologies, Apic Yamada Corporation, Olma, Phizero, Sa.Res. Spa, Scamm and Zani Spa, in addition to small to mid-size businesses across all regions.
According to the company, European growth is strongest, with companies producing complex, specialised machinery among the most obvious new takers because of the dynamic modelling-based approach to 3D product development – enabling reuse and repurposing of previous designs.
Success within the high-tech electronics and machinery industry recently attracted several new partners to CoCreate, including 3 Arti, Design & Solution, Deniz, BS Banking Systems, and Techno Solutions.
