JS Air Curtains, previously a trading name of Condair, has been supplying a comprehensive and competitive range of air curtain solutions to the UK since 1999. Its wide range of products cover everything from air curtains for retail doorways, or building entrances with revolving doors through to large industrial units for warehouses, or cold stores. It offers standard units with finish options to beautifully designed bespoke units, individually crafted to meet architectural designs for prestigious buildings.

JS Air Curtains Limited is a new company established by the previous management team of Condair for the purpose of purchasing the air curtains business from Condair and continuing to provide such goods and services to the UK market.

Danos Athanasi, Corporate Partner at DMH Stallard, acted for JS Air Curtains and led on the deal.

He said: “It was a privilege to work on this transaction for Tony and such a great effort from Chris Gleeson and the DMH Stallard team to close in short order. An exciting time ahead for Tony and his team and we are very much looking forward to working with them and being part of their journey going forward.”

Chris Gleeson, a Corporate Senior Associate at DMH Stallard said: “It was a pleasure to work with Tony and the team at JS Air Curtains through this process. I have no doubt that JS Air will be successful in continuing to run and develop the air curtains business in the UK.”

Tony Fleming, Managing Director of JS Air said: “We were delighted to work with Danos and Chris from DMH Stallard on the Management Buyout of JS Air Curtains. Their ability to give sound advice and cut through the legal jargon was invaluable to us and really helped to speed up the process, we are very grateful for their ongoing support and are looking forward to developing the new business.”

The DMH Stallard team included Danos Athanasi, Chris Gleeson, Jay Barnett and Sarah Naylor.
