It was a day of celebration for a team of employees at Remploy, the provider of employment services for people with disabilities and health conditions, as they attended their graduation ceremony at The Charterhouse in Coventry.

Eight staff, spanning the factory and employment services divisions, were delighted to graduate with level five full diplomas in Management from the Chartered Management Institute. The qualification included modules on project management, market analysis, communication and theory to promote progression into management positions. Graduates studied for the qualification to improve their existing skills and to provide a more efficient managerial service. Remploy, an accredited investor in people, is committed to providing personal development for all employees to enable them to fulfil their potential. The ceremony took place at The Charterhouse on London Road in Coventry. Charterhouse Training is the corporate training arm of City College Coventry, offering customised solutions to organisations in both the public and private sectors across the region and nationally. Beth Carruthers, director of Remploy said: “I congratulate all the graduates and commend their hard work. They are excellent examples of our specialist workforce who continually strive to improve the service they provide.”
