The goal of both surveys was to gain insight into respondent views on enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. Epicor wanted to know if they were satisfied with their current solution and what features they would look for when evaluating a new platform. The SMBs were asked about their experiences as ERP customers to determine which stages of the ERP journey were comfortable and where improvement was needed.
