Hire us to save electricity, Lord Sugar, says npower
Energy supplier npower is offering Alan Sugar a helping hand in reducing his energy consumption, following a plea from the entrepreneur during the series finale of this year's The Apprentice on BBC1.
During the final boardroom grilling, Lord Sugar exclaims that he would certainly be interested if "you could show me how to use electricity" when looking at operational costs for business.
Responding to this, npower is offering its services to help him manage his business' energy consumption more effectively.
Dave Lewis, head of business energy services at npower, comments: "We know Lord Sugar has always got an eye on the bottom line, so we'd be delighted to work with him to provide a bespoke energy management plan and demonstrate how simple measures, including accurate monitoring, can achieve tangible savings."
And he adds: "He can give us a call at any time – we're here to help!"
