The garden equipment manufacturer is the latest big name to be confirmed for the Manufacturing Management Show, which combines conference, exhibition and workshops that cover all aspects of running a successful site.
Continuous improvement, with a focus on employee engagement, will be the subject for Hozelock operations director Vic Shelton. Shelton will give a talk on how to deliver a flexible manufacturing strategy to meet the challenges of seasonal fluctuations in demand. West-Midlands-based Hozelock is a former winner of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers Excellence Award for Change Management.
The two-day Manufacturing Management Show will feature 14 conference sessions spread across topics including CI/leadership, maintenance, skills & training, manufacturing technology and employment law. All sessions will offer practical, business-focused advice you can take back to your site and apply. The full speaker line up will be confirmed over the coming months.
The show has already attracted headline sponsorship from Toyota Material Handling, Brammer, Buck & Hickman, RS Components and skills & training provider JTJ Workplace Solutions.
The emphasis is on achieving best practice in all aspects of your business and the event marks the first time a manufacturing trade show has brought together all elements under one roof.
