In2grate wins Pantherella deal for fashion manufacturing

The system comprises Microsoft Dynamics NAV and TRIMIT Fashion – an integrated add-on designed specifically for clothing manufacturers. I n2grate Business Solutions is also providing functionality for yarn control and machine groups to reduce waste, tighten control of raw material stocks, and optimise machine use and production planning. "In2grate invested a lot of time getting to know our business and we recognised that Dynamics NAV with TRIMIT Fashion would be the best fit for our requirements," states Gray. "With Microsoft investing heavily in its software, we have confidence that we are getting a solution that feasibly could be the last ERP system we would ever need to buy and implement," he continues. "Also, TRIMIT has a very close relationship with Microsoft, being a member of its Technology Adoption Program, and you don't get to join it unless Microsoft values what you do," he adds. TRIMIT Fashion streamlines the creation and management of BoMs when producing customisable products. It also ensures accuracy of detail and so prevents production errors and wastage. "We are expecting TRIMIT's product configuration to make a huge difference to how we operate," comments Gray. "It fits our approach perfectly, whereas other product configurators we looked at required us to change the way we do things. Having invested a lot of time in developing our production methodology, we wanted to keep it."
