Agilisys, which has now completed its acquisition of infor business solutions – creating a $250m global business focused on enterprise software for manufacturing and distribution industries – has restructured the latter’s UK operations.
Mike Spragg, who has been with Agilisys for three years, is the new managing director, taking over from Christine Whyte. “Our UK organisation has been re-shaped to enable us to deliver a broader range of products to our growing customer base,” he comments.
“The structure of the new organization across Europe will allow us to provide our UK customers with improved access to technical and product specialists. We remain committed to providing the highest levels of industry expertise to UK manufacturers, particularly in automotive supply, project-based manufacturing, and plastics industries.”
Agilisys focuses on supply chain planning, supplier relationship management, demand management, ERP, wholesale distribution, and business intelligence.
Clients include: TRW, ArvinMeritor, TI Automotive Group, Siemens Automotive Systems, Dana, Cargill, Unilever, Heinz, Heineken, Valvoline, GlaxoSmithKline and Bristol Myers Squibb.
