To mark its 15th anniversary year, Investors in People has unveiled a new plaque, which businesses can display to demonstrate their commitment to developing their employees.
The plaque will be available to organisations that have achieved the Investors in People Standard and those undergoing reviews.
Nicola Clark, director of marketing and communications at Investors in People, says: “Over 35,000 organisations are currently working with Investors in People and proudly display our brand as evidence of their achievements in developing their people. Over the last fifteen years, we have been helping organisations across the UK get more from their people in line with business goals. Throughout this time, the Investors in People Standard has evolved in line with changing business needs, ensuring it is as relevant today as it was 15 years ago. We look forward to building on this success and seeing our plaque displayed by many more businesses in the future.”
Nearly 35,000 organisations of all sizes and sectors, employing 6.7million people, are currently recognised by Investors in People. In addition, a further 20,000, employing nearly 900,000 people, are committed to the Investors in People Standard with many of these organisations working towards recognition.
