Kaba and Protime announce UK systems partnership

Under the deal each will combine their products to offer a total employee registration, access control and tracking, and time management solution. "Our software solutions are already widely used in the UK in both client server and SaaS [software as a service]," comments Steve Coetzer, Protime WFM business unit director. "While we occupy the same industry sector, our service offerings are mutually compatible and, by coming together, we can offer a greater number of key services to a wider market base," he explains. "Kaba access control and time capture terminals offer employers the ability to control access levels and track movement of employees," adds Paul Adams, head of access and workforce management at Kaba. "Thanks to Protime, these recordings can lower operating costs in many business because this information can be used for payroll, planning, etc," he adds.
