Lawson and Intentia merged one year ago today to form the world’s third largest publicly traded ERP software company, and in that time says it has brought more than 387 major customer projects live.

The company also says it has added more than 150 new customers, including Monkhill Confectionary, part of Cadbury Schweppes, and Dorma in the UK. And the new group has made two acquisitions: US-based Competency Assessment Solutions – resulting in Lawson Performance Management for Healthcare. – and Sydney, Australia-based Mobileware, which led to the formation of Lawson Enterprise Mobility and Lawson Warehouse Mobility, with 1,500 new users in the first quarter after acquisition. Earlier this month, the firm also announced a strategic partnership with ICT solutions provider CSI to serve the Irish market with Lawson M3 (former Intentia) solutions. With a focus on manufacturing, distribution and maintenance markets, the new partnership is aimed at helping Irish users, according to Alan Baird, CSI director, by combining Lawson’s ERP and CSI’s local market, infrastructure management and IBM System x and System i server experience.
