The summit organised by Findlay Media, IMechE and ERA Foundation takes place at the IMechE offices, London on 4th March 2010. Following a panel debate, Lord Davies will share the government's view on UK manufacturing and its future plans.
Ed Tranter, Executive Director of Findlay Media comments: "This demonstrates the significance of the event and the importance of the subject that leaders such as Lord Davies, Vince Cable MP, Lord Battacharyya and Sir Alan Rudge are included in the high profile line up. This is a crucial time for manufacturing and so close to a general election it is the ideal opportunity for manufacturers to make themselves heard."
Sector sections on Automotive, Aerospace, Defence and Electronics will be hosted by Jaguar Land Rover, Airbus, QinetiQ and ELC to lead the manufacturing input to a Boardroom Report which will be published following the event and distributed to industrialists, politicians, associated groups and key stakeholders.
