MSC Software and Incat sign global partnership
Engineering simulation software developer MSC Software is extending its reach by expanding its work with PLM (product lifecycle management) software and services provider Incat across Europe to a global partnership.
Incat will initially sell and support MSC Software’s SimDesigner, MSC Patran, MSC Nastran, Adams and Marc suites.
“Incat’s CAE [computer aided engineering] expertise and global reach provide significant market opportunities via their channel coverage capabilities,” says Bill Weyand, MSC Software CEO. “As part of the strategic initiative we announced with MSC Impact, we will now be able to expand our reach both internationally and to a wider range of customers.”
