Kitchen, who has a Master’s in Business Administration and a first class Bachelor of Science honours degree in Engineering Management, joins with more than 15 years’ experience working in the manufacturing and operations management fields.
Having held management positions across a number of Magnomatics’ biggest serviceable industries, including automotive, aerospace and energy generation, Kitchen has also worked at an international level as a Senior Management Consultant and Head of Operational Excellence at Siemens Gamesa.
Kitchen’s experience in leadership and operational accountability – alongside his understanding of leading large teams, delivering change projects also coaching and upskilling workforces – will drive innovation and development across the entire Magnomatics business.
