He will be responsible for the strategic direction and expansion of BOFA through continuous improvement, process flow enhancements using Lean techniques and supply chain collaboration. He will also be responsible for the care and wellbeing of BOFA’s employees.
BOFA has developed into a global leader of technology, since its formation in 1987, that removes hazardous airborne contaminants created during industrial processes, such as laser marking and PCB manufacture.
It employs over 200 people at its Poole headquarters, with offices and warehouses in Germany and the USA.
Says Bamford: “This is a very exciting time to be joining BOFA. The company is in a period of sustained growth and I am looking forward to contributing my commercial and international business experience to help drive the expansion of its export activity still further.”
