PeopleSoft and Deloitte Consulting partner onPeopleSoft 8 – new CRM
Enterprise e-business software developer PeopleSoft and Deloitte Consulting say they are expanding their alliance now to include support for PeopleSoft 8, the former’s new CRM (customer relationship management) software.
The objective, the say, is to accelerate adoption of next generation CRM software and to get results quickly for those that do. Deloitte says it will harness its existing CRM business experience with its considerable PeopleSoft enterprise software implementation skills and methodologies to help users achieve fast best ROI.
“Our research shows that companies which have successfully integrated their CRM and supply chain management capabilities have demonstrated extraordinary business results for profitability, shareholder value and market share,” says Rich Penkoski, Deloitte Consulting’s practice manager for PeopleSoft.
And he adds: “Deloitte Consulting believes that PeopleSoft’s suite of collaborative applications offers an exceptional platform for companies to achieve those results.”
