The Wolverhampton-based power tool supplier will now be listing up to 100 different products on The Range’s website, giving it national exposure to more than 15 million customers every month.
Its extensive selection of home use DIY tools is immediately available to purchase, whilst products, including garage equipment and garden tools, will soon be added from its exclusive Autojack and Gardenjack collections.
This latest development comes after a year of growth for the firm, which has seen it boost sales to £6m and invest £600,000 into an additional 17,000 sq ft distribution facility next to its HQ in the West Midlands.
“We are really excited about listing with The Range as it will give us access to lots of new customers and national exposure,” explained Fred Evans, who started the business with his brothers Bill and Dave in 2004.
“The relationship came about after a senior manager purchased one of our toolboxes online and was really impressed with the quality and value for money. They requested that the buying team look at getting our products on to its website and, after some positive discussions, the decision was taken to stock all three of our brands.
“Our commitment to keeping significant levels of stock during the pandemic is a big positive for the major retailers and we have lots of new products coming online that will be introduced to The Range website over the course of the year. We’re also in the early stages of organising spot deals for customers to deliver even better value.”
He continued: “Building strategic ties with retailers is a key part of our growth and this deal will help us accelerate conversations with other potential outlets.”
A spokesperson for The Range shared the company’s stance on bringing Lumberjack Tools on board, stating: “We are pleased to share that Lumberjack will be providing hundreds of products to Range customers via our website. The brand has a number of extremely high quality and affordable products available, which we know our customers will be eager to shop for and use in their DIY ventures.
“Lumberjack’s dedication to providing quality products at good value for money strongly aligns with our brand values and we believe bringing it on board will be a fantastic collaboration.”
