RTDCS and SSA Global Technologies partner for data collection

RealTime Data Collection Solutions (RTDCS), which provides integrated data capture systems, and reborn enterprise software vendor SSA Global Technologies (SSA GT) have agreed partnership terms under which SSA GT will offer its BPCS ERP customers RTDCS’ RT/CIM data collection systems for capturing inventory and labour transactions. The pair are offering software, hardware and services, including installation support, education and application consulting for both technical and business process development. The deal follows many years of successful combined application of the pair’s technologies. RT/CIM is now available for BPCS v4.05 CD and v6, and will soon be available for BPCS v8 and its Plant Maintenance software. “RT/CIM is a cost-effective, highly efficient solution for replacing manual data entry among BPCS users,” says Mike Greenough, SSA GT’s CEO. “ We pursued this partnership because are confident in RTDCS and their expertise with BPCS. It’s important that we offer our clients proven solutions that save them time, improve processes and have a positive impact on the bottom line.”
