Some of the most important actions that successful manufacturers are taking to improve their financial performance in these challenging economic times will be revealed in a webcast on February 23, 2012 at 4:00pm UK time.
Manufacturing analyst Cambashi and MESA International (the Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association) are hosting the event, which will provide a sneak preview of their research findings covering operational and business measurement strategies.
In this one-hour webcast, lead researcher Julie Fraser of Cambashi, Mark Lincoln, vice president of quality and operations with Terumo Cardiovascular Systems, and Ted Bobkowski, principal of Innovative Manufacturing Solutions, are scheduled to provide answers.
They will discuss which performance metrics and practices in the plant have been found to allow operators, technicians, supervisors and plant personnel to make a positive impact on financial results.
