Seeburger releases e-business operations dashboard for SAP

The dashboard speeds the process of finding and retrieving messages and documents used for any kind of business-to-business transaction, facilitates compliance with EDI/B2B archiving, and provides a package of pre-defined reports. The new add-on to Seeburger’s SAP NetWeaver XI-compatible EDI adapters extends functionality for users who require time-sensitive tracking of trading partner communications and cross-application document exchange. It is also natively integrated with SAP NetWeaver-based EDI adapters from Seeburger, eliminating the need for a standalone application. Specifically, the dashboard enables users to search for documents by any field including message payload and EDI enveloping. Searches can be conducted by message as well as by groups of messages. As for message archiving, the dashboard provides a robust framework to help businesses comply with corporate or country-specific message retention requirements. The product’s archiving functionality integrates with the organisation’s existing archiving and data warehouse systems to enable storage of all legally required B2B/EDI information from raw EDI data to the final translation.
