Simcenter STAR-CCM+ is a Multiphysics computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation software that enables CFD engineers to model complexity and explore the possibilities of products operating under real-world conditions. Neural Concept customers can now access Siemens Simcenter STAR-CCM+ from within its platform to offer a scalable compute environment that multiplies the impact of CAE data-scientists.
Using Simcenter STAR-CCM+ connected with Neural Concept, users can execute CFD simulations at increased scale on dedicated high-performance computing (HPC) resources in the Cloud. This represents a significant advancement for machine learning (ML)-enhanced pipelines, extending and accelerating processing, generative, and predictive ML tasks.
Neural Concept accelerates the adoption of AI for engineering design and redefines design timelines and product performances. Over 60 OEMs including Airbus, General Electrics, Subaru, Mubea, and four of ten Formula 1 teams use Neural Concept.
The company recently closed a $27 million Series B funding round as it continues to expand its pioneering technology across Europe, APAC and the United States.
Simona Ottaiano, Senior Product Manager AI/ML, Simulation and Test Solutions at Siemens Digital Industries Software said: “Siemens Digital Industries Software is excited to be collaborating to enhance the end-user experience, and we are looking forward to work with Neural Concept to provide solutions that can help to improve and accelerate the productivity of our mutual customers.”
Pierre Baqué, CEO at Neural Concept said: “We are delighted to collaborate with Siemens Digital Industries Software and interface their CFD software Simcenter STAR-CCM+ and NX into Neural Concept, empowering engineering teams to create impact through engineering data-science – for end-to-end engineering intelligence application development, fully connected to the internal simulation and design ecosystem, deployable at scale.”
