Siemens corporate puts faith in own PLM software

It’s the first Siemens-wide standardisation on Siemens PLM Software technology since the firm’s acquisition of UGS last May, and chairman and CEO Tony Affuso says it’s the result of a comprehensive evaluation against competitive alternatives. “While Siemens has clearly committed to PLM industry leadership with our solutions, we understand that its internal needs will always be driven by the Siemens business strategy.
