The events will address why industrial environments are becoming more vulnerable to cyber-attack and provide guidance on building a robust OT cyber security strategy.
Schneider Electric global security director and keynote speaker Jay Abdallah will discuss ‘The Threat Within’, which aims to cover how the move to open standards such as Ethernet, TCP/IP and web technologies have allowed hackers to take advantage of industrial control systems and critical infrastructure, before moving on to ‘Defence in Depth.’
The events will take place on 28 November at Manchester United Football Club and on 30 November at the Madejski Stadium in Reading.
