The Goal, the business management novel that kicked off Theory of Constraints thinking for production management, is 20 years old. Dr Eli Goldratt, author of The Goal, the business management novel that kicked off Theory of Constraints thinking for production management, is making manufacturers an offer they can’t refuse.
