Swedish supply chain software developer Syncron has been ranked by Deloitte as the fastest-growing supply chain management software vendor in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Deloitte’s annual survey, ‘EMEA 2007 Technology Fast 500’, examines technology companies from 25 countries, and finds Syncron’s annual average revenue growth rate is an impressive 856%.
It also points out that Syncron’s strong growth occurred during a turbulent, market-consolidating period, with many acquisitions and challenges for supply chain software companies.
Much of that growth is attributable to globalisation and manufacturers requirement to build global capabilities able to consolidate demand from all regions, irrespective of local legacy ERP systems.
Says Syncron CEO Anders Grudén: “Our cutting-edge technology solutions and supply chain management expertise make our implementation projects significantly faster and more flexible than our competitors’ propositions.”
Syncron’s growth was recently manifested through acquisition of its partner in the UK and through establishment of new offices in Poland and the US.
