Versata takes on Artemis for portfolio planning and management
US-based Versata Enterprises, a wholly owned subsidiary of Trilogy, is expanding its product offerings into project and product portfolio management following its acquisition of Artemis International Solutions.
Versata provides configuration, pricing, data management and business rules-based software. The firm says that it will now be able to offer more automation for data-intensive enterprise applications, and for investment planning and control.
Artemis is best known for its enterprise portfolio, project and resource management software, providing systems for aspects of product life cycle management (PLM) and product portfolio management (PPM).
