CBI Manufacturing Dinner
Manufacturers and the companies that support them will meet for an evening of networking hosted by John Cridland, the director-general of the CBI.
Warren East, who was named in the Barron's 2011 list of the world's best 30 CEOs, will provide the keynote address. Under Mr East's leadership ARM Holdings has developed into the world's foremost semiconductor IP licensing company.
Business secretary Vince Cable will address guests on the government's manufacturing plans, including the commitment to funding Technology and Innovation Centres for the next 6 years.
