25% discount for manufacturers buying Prisym auto-ID system maintenance
Labelling and auto-identification specialist Prisym is currently offering 25% off its maintenance package for the first-year for users purchasing any of its hardware and software systems.
The deal applies to all Prisym barcode, RFID and label design software, as well as Prisym Medica for regulatory compliant labelling, Prisym ClinTrial for clinical trials, and Prisym Track for asset tracking and logistics.
On the hardware side, it covers its thermal transfer and inkjet printers, barcode scanners, RFID readers and encoders and wireless data capture devices such as PDAs and other hand-held PCs.
Prisym says its target response time for call-outs is within eight contracted service hours, but maintenance also includes telephone support, parts and automatic software updates.
