Super yacht equipment manufacturer Cooney Marine will showcase its continuous improvement programme at the WM Manufacturing Conference (WMMC) on 14-15 November.
Manufacturing managers will have the chance to tour Cooney's Kettering factory and see the techniques behind a world leader in marine manufacturing.

The conference will deliver best practice tips on devising and sustaining a successful continuous improvement programme.
Delegates will hear from CI experts at Bombardier Aerospace, GKN and Premier Foods in a series of keynote addresses. WMMC will then take attendees out to see worldclass programmes for themselves through a glittering factory tour line-up.
Cooney Marine supplies boat products ranging from stainless steel engine mounting frames to gangways and deck cranes.
