Delco standardises on QAD

$1 billion global automotive starters supplier Remy International, formerly Delco-Remy, is to implement a QAD Mfg/Pro ERP and supply chain system that includes QAD Supply Visualisation with lean kanban replenishment and EDI e-commerce. Remy expects to standardise common business processes across plants, while supporting multiple languages, currencies and business and regulatory practices and production models. “By standardising supply chain reporting, automotive suppliers can streamline enterprise functions to pave the way for world-class supply chain interaction and crucial regulatory compliance,” comments Pamela Lopker, QAD president and chairman.
