Award-winning Microsoft Dynamics reseller eBECS has completed its acquisition of the business and key assets of business solutions consultancy ePartners UK.
ePartners, a Microsoft Gold Partner and subsidiary of ePartners in the US, specialises in ERP and CRM software based on Microsoft Dynamics, and is best known among manufacturing blue-chips.
"This is a strategic acquisition and a major step forward in advancing our long-term growth plan," states Sam Sammour, chairman of eBECS.
That plan, he says, centres on a Microsoft strategy and extending eBECS' reach to other industries, with even greater alignment of eBECS products and services to the Microsoft Dynamics product set.
"By combining the expertise and synergy between eBECS and ePartners UK, we will create a potent force in the ERP market, with eBECS becoming one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics resellers in the UK," comments Kevin Hall, chief executive of eBECS.
The resulting organisation, with more than 120 Microsoft Dynamics professionals, will, says Hall, be better placed to serve its customer base of over 130 organisations world-wide.
"ePartners UK is a first-class business, with an excellent range of skills and people, delivering quality business solutions to a range of high-profile customers," says Hall.
"There is a strong cultural fit between eBECS and ePartners UK and this will allow us to provide all our customers with increased bandwidth, improved intellectual property and greater scalability," he continues.
