Audio equipment manufacturer Audio-Technica expects to significantly improve the levels of service it delivers to customers when it goes live with a new Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solution from eBECS.
Adrian Rooke, managing director of Audio-Technica explains that the company needed a solution that would be easy to use and provide its field sales force with a clear view of its clients' needs and status.
It also needed the solution quickly and he says that the combination of Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM looked ideal – not least because of the seamless integration afforded into its existing IT systems.
